Refresh Pilot Docs

Restoring your purchase

Reinstalled Chrome? New computer? A fresh install of Refresh Pilot starts on the free plan โ€” it doesn't know about your PRO subscription yet. Getting PRO back means one thing now: signing into your account. Once you're signed in on the dashboard, the extension in that browser picks up PRO automatically.

When you need this

  • You reinstalled the extension or reset your browser profile.
  • You moved to a new computer or a different browser.
  • The popup shows upgrade prompts even though you already subscribed.

You'll need the email and password for your account โ€” the email you paid or signed up with. Forgotten the password? There's a one-step reset below.

๐Ÿ”‘ Sign in
account email + password
โ†’ ๐Ÿ”— Extension links
automatically, same browser
โ†’ โญ PRO restored
everywhere you sign in

Sign into your account and the extension in that browser adopts your PRO subscription on its own.

Step by step

  1. Open the Refresh Pilot dashboard โ€” from the extension's popup, or via the Login shortcut on the sidebar's Synchronizing item.
  2. Choose Primary Device and sign in with your account email and password.
  3. That's it. The extension in that same browser links to your account and unlocks PRO automatically โ€” there's no license code to paste.
โ„น๏ธ Your synced settings come too. Signing in loads your account's cloud copy, so schedules, keywords, saved expressions and defaults come back with your subscription.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password?". Enter your account email and Refresh Pilot sends a 6-digit code; type the code plus a new password and you're signed straight in. The code expires in 15 minutes and works once.

โ„น๏ธ Bought PRO as a guest? Checkout created your account and emailed a temporary password in the "your account is ready" welcome message. Sign in with it, then use the same Forgot password flow any time to set a password you'll remember.

"If that email has an accountโ€ฆ"

When you ask for a reset code, the screen always says the same thing: a code is on its way "if that email has an account." It's worded that way on purpose โ€” Refresh Pilot never confirms or denies whether an address has an account, so nobody can use this screen to fish for other people's accounts. If no code arrives, double-check you typed the exact address you paid or signed up with (a different spelling counts as a different account).

โš ๏ธ PRO lives on your account, not on any single install โ€” so it comes back on every browser you sign into, not just the first. Already signed in and still seeing Free? Sign in on the dashboard in that same browser so its extension can link.

The "Developer & testing" card

On developer builds only, the Options page shows an extra "Developer & testing" card with an "Activate test license" button. It unlocks all PRO features locally so testers can try everything without paying; "Deactivate" reverts it. It disappears from real, payment-enabled builds โ€” if you're reading this as a normal user, you'll simply never see it.
