The "Refreshing now" list
One row per running job. Reading a row from left to right:

| Status dot | A colored dot showing the job's state at a glance. |
| Host | The website's name, e.g. shop.example.com, plus a short page title/path so twins are easy to tell apart. |
| ×count | How many refresh cycles have completed — ×12 means the page has reloaded 12 times. |
| Countdown | Time to the next reload, as MM:SS (or H:MM:SS from one hour up). Shows ❚❚ while paused. |
| Pause / Resume | Freeze this one job without losing its settings, and pick it back up later. |
| Stop | End this job — the others keep running. |
| Progress bar | A thin bar filling up as the interval elapses. |
Click anywhere on a row to jump straight to that tab — Refresh Pilot activates and focuses it (and closes the popup, unless you're using the side panel). The list header shows a live count of running jobs and a "Stop all" button — one click ends everything at once.
Real-life example: you're watching three shops for a sneaker restock. Three rows, three countdowns. One shop announces a delay? Click its row's Stop. Going into a meeting? Stop all.
The Alerts feed
Below the list lives a feed of recent monitor hits — every time a watched keyword fired, newest first. Each entry shows the keyword as a small chip, the host, the page title, and a relative time ("just now", "3m ago"). Each has a Dismiss (✕) button, and there's a "Clear all" for the whole feed. Clicking an alert jumps to its tab, just like a job row.
Small details worth knowing
- Count badge: the Tabs tab's label in the popup's tab bar shows a little badge with the number of active jobs — you can see "3 running" before you even open it.
- Always live: the view updates itself about every 0.7 seconds, so countdowns and counts tick in real time.
- Empty states: with nothing running you'll see "No tabs refreshing — press Start on any page", and the feed says "Keyword alerts will appear here." — that's normal, not an error.
