Which actions have shortcuts?
The ones you do most: start/stop the current tab's watch, refresh immediately, and open the panel. The idea: the moments where speed matters should never need the mouse.
Can I change the key combos?
Yes — browsers have a settings page just for extension shortcuts (in Chrome: chrome://extensions/shortcuts). Put RefreshPilot's actions on any keys that don't clash with your other tools.
Do shortcuts work with the panel closed?
That's the whole point — they act on the current tab directly, from anywhere in the browser. No panel needed.
