Is this bid sniping?
No. Sniping services place bids for you, which many auction sites don't allow. RefreshPilot just keeps your view of the auction fresh and alerts you to changes — every bid is still placed by you.
eBay updates some things live — why refresh at all?
eBay's live updates are patchy, and they're least reliable in the closing minutes — exactly when it matters. A hard refresh every few seconds guarantees the bid you see is real.
Can I watch five auctions ending the same evening?
Yes — each tab runs its own cycle and alerts. The tabs dashboard shows all of them at a glance, and you can speed up each one as its ending gets close.
Does it work on smaller auction sites?
Any auction page works — estate sales, government surplus, local auction sites. If the current bid shows on the page, RefreshPilot can watch it.
