RefreshPilot · Use case

Auto refresh for ticket booking

"Sold out" isn't really sold out. Held tickets get released, payments fail, and resale tickets appear at face value all week. RefreshPilot watches the event page and pings you the second tickets appear.

30 seconds; 10–15 when a drop is expected

Monitor

Watch Zone on the ticket panel; alert when "Sold Out" disappears

Alert

Notification with sound

Every website is a little different — start with this and adjust until it feels right.

How to set it up

1

Camp on the event page

The page for your exact date — where the seat map or "unavailable" notice lives. For tours, one tab per date you'd go to.

2

Refresh fast, but human

30 seconds is the sweet spot. Go to 10–15 seconds when a drop is rumoured. Random timing helps on stricter sites.

3

Alert on the flip

Watch for "Sold Out" disappearing, or a price appearing. A Watch Zone over the ticket area stops countdowns and ads from false alarms.

4

Sprint when it pings

Sound on, logged in, card saved. Ticket checkouts are a race with a timer — the alert gives you the head start.

01 — The problem

Ticket drops last seconds, not minutes

After the big on-sale, tickets come back in small random batches — released holds, expired carts, returned seats. They're gone in under a minute, and only the people looking at the page at that exact moment get them. You can't stare at a page all week. RefreshPilot can.

Does this work with Ticketmaster's queue system?

For big on-sales with a waiting queue, join the queue like everyone else — don't refresh inside it. RefreshPilot shines in the days after: watching for released tickets, failed-payment returns, and face-value resale on the event page.

Will fast refreshing get me blocked from a ticket site?

Stay in the human range — 15 to 30 seconds with random timing — and you look like a determined fan pressing F5. Don't hammer faster than every 10 seconds; drops last long enough that you don't need to.

Can I watch resale prices instead?

Yes — watch the lowest price and get an alert when it drops below your number. No more checking back every day to see if resale got cheaper.

Multiple dates of the same tour?

One tab per date, each with its own watch. You take whichever night pings first. The dashboard shows the whole tour in one view.
