Some do. Airline websites usually tolerate it best. Turn on hard refresh so each reload runs the search fresh, and if a site forces you to start over, watch its deals page instead.
Can it watch award-seat availability?
Yes — award calendars are just web pages. Watch for the "seats available" wording on your date, and you'll get pinged when the airline releases space.
How is this different from Google Flights price tracking?
