Keep the timing slow and random and you look like a normal applicant checking back — which is what you are. Don't refresh every few seconds on official sites. Cancelled slots usually stay open for minutes, so 2–4 minutes is enough.
What if the site logs me out?
Add the login page's words as a keyword. Then if the site logs you out, you get pinged to sign back in, and the watch continues.
Can it book the slot for me?
It alerts — you book. Auto-filling a government form is against most sites' rules and could risk your whole application. The alert arrives within minutes of the slot opening, and that's what wins it.
Does this work for doctor and dentist portals?
Yes — any booking page that shows availability in the browser works. Clinic sites and hospital portals behave like any other calendar: watch the slot area, alert on change.
